Innovate. Educate. Transform.

Pratica Partners focuses on entrepreneurial innovation. The idea is simple – to us, entrepreneurial innovation occurs whenever a group of energized and motivated people implement a new idea that they believe will truly make a difference. Our goal is to encourage an element of entrepreneurship in everything from social undertakings to business development to strategy. We want to empower people to think differently and to lead entrepreneurial lives.

Every day, Pratica Partners works with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to build entrepreneurial innovative communities.

Pratica Partners is passionate about developing businesses and making connections that lead to growth. Today, there is unlimited potential in the legal and technical space. We enjoy working with people who want to sell their services or develop a product that solves a business problem or creates a new market. We believe that professional service firms can harness innovation and entrepreneurship to improve their businesses and unlock their full potential. Pratica Partners has spent years working with challenging industries and has assisted with product development. From this experience we have learned a simple philosophy: Grow the business, and the rest will fall into place.
Pratica Partners focuses on how organizations, cities, and corporations actively engage in education and social entrepreneurial activities. We believe that social entrepreneurship has the potential to change the world. With the global social sector witnessing the convergence of significant events that will reshape its future, Pratica Partners emphasizes the effective use of social capital and social network structures. We pay particular attention to how strategic social entrepreneurship plays out in the area of education, as we believe that encouraging entrepreneurship in schools directly translates into encouraging entrepreneurship in the workplace.
There is no more important role for leaders than to define an organization’s strategic direction, instill a sense of urgency, and roll out that strategy. There are few things more rewarding than witnessing a strategy come to fruition. Yet, 85% of management teams spend less than one hour per month discussing strategy, according to research by Kaplan and Norton (The Strategy-Focused Organization, 2000). Pratica Partners not only works with companies to develop and implement strategies, but we believe in supporting leaders from A to Z. We will not rest until the strategy has been rolled out, measured, and put into place.
